In a play by post that I am running, there is a caster dueling event going on the side. I will be using the Dueling Counter rules that are in the recently released Ultimate Magic.
Reading the rules, I noticed that there is no mention if Improved Counterspell interacts with the Dueling Counter in any way.
Before implementing any house rulings, I want to know if there is a defined way that this feat interacts with the new rule.
