This is on the to-do list actually.

Thank you! This is well appreciated. I know that making it the FAQs into a up-datable pdf (like the PFS Additional Resources page) might not seem that important in the electronic information age, but there are some venues where Pathfinder is played that have no access to the internet. Currently, my PFS group is planning a "Pathfinder in the Park" event, since we lost our host store. Having a printable version of these might be necessary for such.

How close is this to the top of the list? I would be very grateful and I promise to Buy you a Beer or Coke or whatever if this gets done.. ;)

I know you all have a very large todo list, but it is starting to get difficult to remember everything you post in the FAQs because they are getting so large. A official PDF of them would be helpful.

Why don't you just save the .html page? Or print out the web page if that's what you prefer?
My request for change to the FAQ system, in terms of server magii stuff, would be so that the top 'navbar' FAQ link (alongside Paizo Blog, My Account, etc) would change to RED text when there is a new FAQ entry since the last time you visited the FAQ (while logged in, obviously). A subtle but effective way to bring attention to when any new FAQ has been issued (or altered, in some cases). Optionally it could list (X new entries) alongside the FAQ link text to indicate how many are new.
