Subdomains and domain benefits that aren't domain powers

Do subdomains still grant stuff like bonus feats or the increased movement of the travel domain that aren't domain powers?

As long as the ability in question isn't one specifically called out as being replaced in the subdomain, yes.

Subdomains are essentially just domain archetypes. So, for instance, the Exploration subdomain of the Travel domain simply replaces the Agile Feet power. You'd still gain the granted benefit of the increased movement speed of the Travel domain.

So, then, would the Feathers domain grant both the Fly skill and its bonuses to fly along with the Knowledge Nature class skill? Or, would the Fly skill and all replace the Knowledge Nature class skill bonus?
