Just wanted to say thanks to the customer service rep I
spoke with on the phone earlier today. Most reps seem to
assume that the fault is on your end,but not the case
here. She was friendly, professional and made sure my
problem was taken care of with no hassle.

Hats off to Paizo, you've definitely got a return
customer for the foreseeable future.
