Anyone know of a bit piece on a figure that could be removed and reshaped (if necessary) with only a modicum of effort that would pass for a nice starknife?
(I'd love if Reaper did a sprue of weapons and gear specific to the setting, like a klar, an earth breaker, or a sawtooth sabre.)

I'm hoping to find something that will have a little more verisimilitude on the figure. The best bet I've found so far looks like the headpiece on the staff of Elquin The Daring, maybe with the center drilled out.

Yar.
HAROD from Anima Tactics comes with something close to a star-knife. It's more of a three-pronged punching dagger, but still. They are separate pieces that you can add as you wish (perhaps bend the side prongs out a bit to make it more star-knifey)
Unfortunately, Anima mini's are expensive, so it may not be worth the hassle.

might not be and actual starknife, but if you have access to old ninja turtles action figures, all the main turtle figures came with throwing stars... see Here... might be able to be repurposed for a starknife

I've gotta agre with brassbaboon and Sean. If you only want one, just make one out of plastic or grenn stuff. Another idea would be to go to an office store or a store that stocks scrap book tools and look for a paper punch that creates a star shaped hole in paper. It will probably be 5-pointed rather than 6, but it should work fine.
Just punch them out of thin plastic sheeting - I use a garage sale sign I found at a local big box store. It's a cheap way to make all sorts of circles, squares and diamonds for terrain decorating. And I know I've seen star shaped paper punches. If you can't find one local, just google.

You can also buy plasticard from hobby stores and the like.
Alternately, find something that's the right sized ring and glue some dagger tips to them.
