Great! thanks for nimble reply!
I have one additional question.
How do you pronounce "qlippoth" ?
I suppose guess that be pronounced "KYOO-li-poss".
In Hebrew (where the name comes from) its Qlipot (with Kli like Glee, and pot with a simple Oh sound like in Law). However originally the letter Tav at the end of the word was Th, so I would keep it as in the English "cloth". Certainly not Klyposs though. That's a very germenised Tav (from Yiddish).
Also, if you want to make it sound more antediluvian try pronouncing Q with the tongue touching the back of the throat instead of the palate. Q (and the letter Kof in Hebrew) is originaly a "Voiceless uvular plosive".
Anyway, its scarier that way .. :-)

Having created the d'ziriak in the first place, I'll happily vet the pronunciation of it above. :)
Mind you, my pronunciation hasn't always been the one that made it into print (see the pronunciation of the X in Trelmarixian as a ks in the book versus an sh in my conception, and the pronunciation of sceaduinar as skay-doo-nar in the book versus see-dwin-ar in my head.

I'd agree with many of the pronunciations above although maybe tweak a few of them.
cas-sis-see-an; koo-sto-day-mon; o-leth-ro-day-mon; vex-git (g like get); lack-SHAH-rut; ee (or eye works)-tha-vos; thul (like hull)-gant (like can't); thras (like thrash but s rather than sh at the end) feer. Again other pronunciations work, this is just how I've usually pronounced them.

I always imagined it to be skee-dwin-ar.

Thanks to many suggestions and answers, task to translate new PRD monsters into Japanese can be progressed!
Because we are less familiar with western culture and have no alphabetical character, pronunciation of term that is not listed in the dictionary are difficult to decide.
And now, moreover, I want to know that pronunciations of devil's sub-names (such as Zebub, bdellavritra, Gylou, Puragaus), Ugothol (on Faceless Stalker), and Kayal (on Fetchling).
Please let me know.

...if these are meant to evoke Latin, would not they both have a hard 'c' at the begining and each vowel pronounced (albeit quickly) in succession?
example: charda as CAR-da and ceustodaemon as Kay-us-to-day-mon (said quickly)
