Pre Gen Characters

Is there a place where you can get some pre-generated characters? I need some high level NPC's for may campaign. How does one generally go about getting these. Are they mostly self created?

Check out Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Rival Guide or Pathfinder Chronicles: NPC Guide to start. Also see Legendary Games, but those pre-gens will be first level.

The GameMastery Guide has several very useful NPCs in it as well, though they mostly top out at between 10th and 14th level.
