2 weapon Sneak attack from concealment (not flanking)

Rules Questions

A rogue popping out from stealth would seem to be not hidden on iterative attacks.

What about a rogue using two weapons? Are the weapons hitting at the same time, or are they in quick succession one after another? Realistic arguments could be made for both.

Only the first benefits from stealth. Mechanically the attacks are not simultaneous. Invisibility shows this best. 1 attack breaks it, so the first attack roll makes an invisible creature (from the spell) visible. So too with stealth. It's not perfectly realistic, as you could swing two swords at once, but mechanically no Pathfinder character does. It's one, then the other and so on.

Making an attack roll occurs in an order and that order requires one to be first. Such are the perils of RPG mechanics.

I have always seen this ruled the same why by a few different DMs.

All attacks made in the round would get SA type of damage, because the other person is not prepared to defend against you for that round (IE. flat-footed). The key to remember is that all your attacks take place within 6 seconds (the time of a single round). So you could stand to reason that you are attacking with both weapons at once, but the way most people roll (one attack at a time) draws the mind away from that.

But if you were concealed and jumped out and attacked someone, the initial shock wouldn't last for just one attack, but the entire round. Which in turn would allow you to get SA dmg on every attack made, whether one attack as a lvl 1 single weapon rogue, or all 6 as a lvl 20 TWF rogue.

Being flat-footed and denied dex are not the same thing.
If the person loses initiative then they have to take the SA for the entire round due to being flat-footed. If combat has begun and they have already acted they are not flat-footed, but only denied dex for any attack of which they are not aware of the opponent. Once you make the first attack your cover is broken so there is no SA.
