This feat would be complete if it worked with spring attack, and make spring attack more worth doing even without vital strike. But I am sure we all know it doesn't :(. However, all is not lost!
For a rogue, Lightning Stance + Rogue Talent Fast Getaway from the APG.
Allowing the rogue to withdraw as a move action after sneak attacking lets a rogue, so long as they manage to sneak attack each round, maintain the stance for 50% miss chance while still getting an attack.
3 feats and a talent, but seems like it could be amusing. I posted here in the rules forum to see what everyone thinks; whether this is RAW (decently confident it is), and whether anyone thinks it would actually be viable.

I think this has potential, but it's not foolproof.
1) Opportunity Cost. It's not lightning stance vs. nothing. It's lightning stance vs. three other feats and another talent.
My opinion: a good choice for the right character, and +1 for fun.
2) Don't overuse it. Sometimes, you're going to want to make a full attack instead,
3) Don't overuse it 2. Know when to stick around and take the hit. Mobility and defenses are great, but sometimes they just transfer damage to other members of your party. Sometimes that's fine, other times it's not.
And I'm sure you've already noticed, but this will be good combined with extra movement, acrobatics, and hide in plain sight.
**Finally, don't be surprised when someone finds a way to overcome it. It'll happen every so often, so don't forget things like hit points and armor class.
