Wrong Product: Beyond the Black Water

Hello Paizo,

I think there is a product advertisement mistake on the website and what is being advertised as "Beyond the Black Water" from Frog God Games is actually the product "The Winter Woods" from the same publisher.

I was intending to buy "Beyond the Black Water" and not "The Winter Woods."

My order number for this purchase is 1726139, Is there anything that can be done?

I'll also send an email to customer service with the same message.

Upon further investigation, it appears that the file is incorrect and we do not actually have the PDF of Beyond the Black Water at this time. We've taken the product down from the site and contacted the manufacturer for a proper PDF.

Once we get the right PDF, you will get an email notification that the PDF has been updated and you will be able to download the proper PDF at that time.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience, and we will try to get this fixed as quickly as possible.
