Polypurpose Panacea is one weird spell! From a strictly practical sense it isn't very useful; it comes across to me as a flavor spell but it has my mind reeling with ideas for flavorful encounters
For example, a kobold meditation chamber with 5 sorcerers in a circle sitting cross legged entranced on the hallucination method of this spell.
An Alchemist selling polypurpose infusions for consequence free intoxication.
An Assassin who uses scrolls of this spell to run lucid dreams of his newest plans to have visual way to go through kills. If they practice a ton of times I might give some circumstance bonus for the preparation.
