If the target of Force Punch (Ultimate Magic) fails a fortitude save, it is pushed 5 feet per 2 caster levels, minus some distance if the target is large, huge, etc.
Does the target of Force Punch provoke attacks of opportunity when it is pushed? The spell does not specify. Is the push like a Bull Rush performed by someone without the Greater Bull Rush feat?
What happens if other creatures are blocking the path? Does the original targets motion stop at that point, or does the second target also have to make a fort save or be pushed back?

The spell is a touch attack that pushes the target. Touch attacks don't provoke. Therefore, it doesn't provoke.
It is not a bullrush, the bullrush mechanics regarding AoO don't apply. Whether the movement of the target provokes an AoO for the involuntary movement is a matter for the GM to determine, as well as how to deal with obstacles and or other creatures in line behind the target.

Sorry for the confusion, I didn't mean to ask if the spell caster provokes an AOO - I meant to ask if the target provokes an AOO as a result of their movement, if that movement goes through the threatened area of another player.

Since the spell doesn't specify it does, I would agree, treat like a bull rush, it doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity.

I would be hesitant to add additional effects or damage not specified in the spell. I would treat an occupied square the same as you would a solid object of obstacle (i.e. you can't push them into an occupied square).
If you were generous then allow a second creature to be pushed albeit at a +4 bonus to save (similar to the -4 penalty to the combat check maneuver for the second creature you attempt to bull rush).
