In 3.5, each additional limb used on an attack added an additional 1/2 strength bonus to the damage of an attack. For example, a greatclub wielded with 2 hands adds 1-1/2 strength bonus to damage, 3 hands adds 2 times strength bonus to damage, 4 hands adds 2-1/2 strength bonus to damage, and so on...
Are there rules for this in Pathfinder?
I honestly don't recall that in 3.5 (but the only multiple limb attackers I played with were shapechanged/wildshaped) and have to see anything in PFRPG regarding it. I'm leaning heavily towards there not being anything like it as none of the multiple limb eidolon builds have it mentioned. The summoner has been around long enough that if the rule existed someone would have made note by now.
With that said, I think there is no bonus for wielding a weapon with more than 2 hands to this point.
