I think i read somewhere that there is an objet like that, but i cant remember where or find it again. Anybody knows it?
Actually, in PF, undead and constructs ARE subject to critical hits. Elementals, oozes, and incorporeal undead are still immune, though, and I don't think there is an item that lets you crit them.

Immune to Critical Hits:
* Aeon
* Elemental
* Incorporeal (unless using a ghost touch attack)
* Ooze
* Protean (50% ignore)
* Swarms
Immune to Precision Damage (like Sneak Attacks)
* Elemental
* Incorporeal (unless using a ghost touch attack)
* Ooze
* Protean (50% ignore)
Immune to Flanking
* Swarms

Haha, thanks for the answers :)
I know the rules, but im quite sure i read something about an item like this somewhere. Currently we are playing a campaign with many undead, not incorporeal though. DM said they are immune vs SA, but perhaps hes on 3.5 rules sometimes still.
If you check the weight listing in my previous post, I think you'll find that the CRB doubles as a blunt instrument for conditioning intractable GMs.

Ah, now I see it. I was confused because the Incorporeal power does not grant any such immunities.
Are there instances of creatures or effects granting incorporeality without granting immunity to sneak attacks/critical hits? I'm just curious why they make the distinction between the two in the creature sub-type and the special quality.
