Conjuration Spec Wizard and Monster Summon Duration

As a conjuration spec wizard I add 1/2 my caster level to the duration of my conjuration spells.

Does this round up or round off?

At lvl 3 is the duration of my summon spells 4 or 5 rounds?

If it doesn't specify in the ability/spell/description/etc., it is assumed to round down.
