Disguise Hex - Su vs. Sp

Rules Questions

The disguise hex seems clearly written.

Quote:
Disguise (Su): A witch can change her appearance for a number of hours per day equal to her class level, as if using disguise self. These hours do not need to be consecutive, but they must be spent in 1-hour increments.

My only question is whether, as a Supernatural ability, the disguise lacks the normal Illusion(glamer) aura?

A disguise that is not ruined by the Detect Magic cantrip would be much nicer!

With how it is written I would say it works just like disguise self spell for things like that. A SU can be a illusion.

I agree that it reacts to detect magic as a supernatural ability. The core rules don't state any strength of aura for a (Su) ability, which I interpret to mean that it detects no aura, but others might disagree.

It is an illusion and spells or abilities that specifically detect illusions would detect this hex.
