The title pretty much covers the question, are there any Planetouched put out by OGL products? I am especially interested Lawful and Chaos planetouched.

I would have expected Green Ronin's Aasimar & Tieflings: Guide to the Planetouched to have some, but reading the reviews, apparently not... I'm actually a bit surprised that this wasn't covered, by someone. Between the Slaad pellet implantation thing and the scary idea of Inevitables kidnapping and 'reprogamming' lawbreakers to use as mechanically-modified 'drones,' there seems to be awesome creeptastic potential for 'planetouched' related to those two races, in particular.
If you're not keen on the Chaond/whatevers from the MM2 or 3 or whatever, you might be better served just coming up with your own ideas, based on what sort of lawful and chaotic outsiders inhabit the setting you are using.
You could even steal race mechanics from elsewhere. A human with inevitable 'ancestry' (or, captured and modified by inevitables, a la the Borg) might just use the stats for a Warforged, for instance, while a human who survived implantation with a Slaad pellet could uses one of the silly frog-man races (like the Siv) as a base with a SLA and some resistances thrown on. Similarly, some tweakage of the thri-kreen stats could be bashed together to simulate a human who has somehow gained formian traits.
This is all I could find here, on the subject. But it's totally Golarion-specific, and not relevant if you want your Planetouched to have ties to Slaad, Inevitables, Formians, etc.

What about the Half-Fiend and Half-Celestial? Or are you looking for a native outsider (as Aasimar and Tieflings are considered outsiders, but with the "native" subtype)?

Yes, I am looking for native outsiders exactly like Aasimar and Tieflings but that are touched by planes other than the celestial and fiendish ones. Also preferably races not templates.
Of course I could certainly create my own, I just was hoping I didn't have to (re)create the wheel if there was a source where someone else had already done it.
Paizo made 4 elementalish ones in Bestiary 2.

I also found some rules in the Green Ronin Advanced Player's Manual. While they are set up as templates, they can just be put together as individual races (the Aasimar and Tieflings match up with this).
Maybe I might try to put these together.
