Damned dirty hippies.

Sovereign Court

<sigh> I just downloaded Wayfinder #5 ... wish I was in Seattle right now with a hard copy of it in front of me ...

Liberty's Edge

We need to loose some weight.

*throws copies of FATAL, Hero, and GURPS into the sea*

What's the sea ever done to you to have to put up with getting FATAL books thrown in it?

It's where all garbage eventually ends up. I'm just skipping a step. Besides, do you want the FATAL books in the raft with us?! DO YOU!?

Didn't think so.

Hang on, I'll help...

*dumps a bunch of old edition Shadowrun, Twilight 2000, and a few spare copies of Big Eyes, Little Mouth*

Good point. Overboard with them. Who knows, maybe they'll hit some hungry sharks or something.

Sovereign Court

NO!!!!! Not the GURPS and Twilight 2000!!! I do have a copy of Aftermath that is fair game though ...

<backs into a corner with the flare gun to defend the WEG D6 Star Wars material>

Sovereign Court

Actually, I may run a Twilight 2000 variant next year at Paizocon ... mwahahahahaha

What if we need to build a signal fire at some point? What if we run out of toilet paper? No .. wait ... I'm not sure what you could catch from those pages ... that or the rule book may try to violate you ... OVERBOARD IT GOES!!!

To be fair, my prejudice against the game may stem from a crappy GM, and not the rules themselves.

Man the oars and set a course to Indianapolis!

We've got plenty of time to get there still.

We've got oars?

Alright, but you have to rip out all the odd numbered pages...

*waits to see if anyone sees what's wrong with that*

*pulls out a lap top and starts to work on his 10 page research paper* I'll be here grumbling if anyone needs me.

Scarab Sages

paddles up, heaves himself into the raft, hangs life preserver off the side -- don't want to lose that, you know, just in case

*sigh*, maybe some year...

No!!! just toss the rule books. Those aren't worth the price of bread. But the source books must stay and in once piece.

Well maybe some of the ....Off source books can go. But GURPS Conan, Arabian Knights, Japan, those must stay.

I'm already packed.
You look great stuffed in your pet carrier too. ;)

That GURPS looks absorbent. Can I use it to line my carrier please?

Can we keep the classics?? Call of Cthulhu and Rolemaster?

Crimson Jester wrote:

They can stay as long as we can keep Hackmaster and Deadlands on board. :)

I liked Riverworld...

Are we talking Chaosium CoC? Throw that out, and you may as well just jump over the side with it. Rolemaster we can keep, just don't expect me to play unless you've got a computer application that will calculate the crits instantly. Otherwise, I just don't have that kind of time.

*dumps several versions of Marvel Superheroes, and a copy of 3rd edition Gamma World over the side*

deadlands I am cool with

HACKMASTER?? You have Hackmaster on board. No wonder we are sinking!! DO you realize how much those combined books weigh?? You don't have Rifts with you too do you?? Paladium came out with way too many source books. So did Star fleet Battles. Of course in all fairness that was because they reinvented the game every other year.
