Not yet, that I know of, but the idea of a malignant psychic or mental condition that can be afflicted certainly isn't new.

Using the disease or poison rules (substituting a Will save) to design a new enchantment spell or 'psychic' monster ability that attacks the mind, or necromancy spell, or daemonic monster ability that ravages the soul, would be one way of doing that sort of thing.

Instead of a one-shot attack, such as a Mind Flayer's mind blast, the creature would insinuate a psychic tendril or 'worm' into the mind of the target, which would trash around inside of them, causing damage or distress until it is fought off (or renders its target unconscious or dead). One that uses disease rules instead might be a necromantic / daemonic effect that slowly corrupts the spirit of the victim, causing them to suffer harm each day, as their soul blackens and blisters within them, with Will saves needed to represent one's 'moral fortitude' as it were, fighting off the spiritual infection.

Mechanically, all you'd need to do is pick the poison or disease that best suits the effect, and then swap out Fort save for Will save, and, if necessary, change the vector of transmission from 'injury' to 'psychic assault' or 'ingestion of specially tainted unholy water' or whatever.

A *drug* that inflicts damage would most likely remain a pure Fort save, but one that causes a conditioned like sickened or shaken, but can be staved off through intense focus and concentration, could be tweaked to require Will save to negate the effects, instead of a Fort save.

Insanity Mist requires a Will Save instead of Fort save. I recently encountered this in a PFS scenario.
