Different Casting Stats for Wizard

Rules Questions

Was wondering if there was any way to change the casting stat for a wizard. I know there are ways for a Sorcerer, just hope they kept things a bit even on this one.

Thanks

By the RAW, nope. Most likely the same RAI. A bookworm is a bookworm is a bookworm.

IF they exist they'll be in the new book Ultimate Magic in Wizard Archetypes, but if they are not there then to my knowledge all Wizards use INT for Prime magic stat

There is not such an archetype in Ultimate Magic.

then I have not seen it anywhere & it likely may not exist at all.

I would hope not, having a wizard use any other ability seems silly, unless you call it a cloistered cleric of some arcane deity perhaps.
Wizards are made to be bookworms, cant see them fit any other ability well.

wizards got lots of stuff in UM, much less so for the classes that did get an alternate score to cast from
