Ummmm, given the sandbox nature of this AP, you're going to find it
really hard to define specifc level-up points.
Every party will likely choose different routes, so it'll be up to
you to use your best guess.
I'm just levelling up my PCs when I think they're due. For instance
the first book says PCs should be level 4 when they finish...
Ok - so going from 1 to 4, means they'll have to level 3 times during
the book, which means that if I level them once they've mapped 1st 33%,
then 66% of the hexes & again after the final Stag Lord fight - I'll
be ok.
Even that might not work for many groups though. It depends on how
they approach the AP...
