I created this with the idea of a class based around infecting enemies with diseases and then exploiting the weaknesses. I haven't done any playtesting yet, but I will be soon. I was hoping to get some first impressions and maybe some criticism. Would you play this class? How do you think it could be improved? Do you think it's underpowered or overpowered? Is it too situational? Any help at all would be wonderful.
Things I'm currently concerned about:
-Lack of defensive powers
-Few feats compliment abilities
-Diseases potentially unbalanced
-What number of known diseases is reasonable
-Lack of utility
Thanks for reading.

It's... interesting. Off the bat I can't say it looks too overpowered, but it's kind of hard to gauge, or at least I'm not great at it. Hemophilia's nasty, but it ends on only one save (maybe reduce its base save to 8?). Honestly if I were to do this personally, I would have gone with a Prestige Class. Perhaps it could be an Alchemist Archetype?
It is very situational, but interesting. Nasty NASTY NPC villain, I'll say that much.
