While I hate to point anyone away from the store they are asking the question in. Their in-house store sells hardback/PDF bundles. Or were you asking about if they sold physical copies of their PDF only releases?

I would never recommend buying PDFs from Battlecorps directly. If they ever update their files, you have a limited window to grab the files. Same thing if you buy the PDF. If you don't download right away (or say forget that you bought something), you can't grab it later. I've been trying to get the updated PDFs of all the core rulebooks that I bought and can't because the download time window has expired.
Since you can't get the PDFs at Paizo, you're far better off to purchase from DTRPG.com
I'm not 100% sure but I think they might be exclusive with DriveThruRPG.
