Master Chymist Archetype...

Homebrew and House Rules

A bit closer to how I feel Master Chymist should have been done..

Brutality: A Masters Chemists bombs deal 1d4 points of damage. While under the effects of mutation, deal +1 per levels of alchemist (Miniumum
+1) damage with simple weapons.

Unnatural Mutation: At level 5, you do not gain increases to your bomb damage or extracts. Instead you gain the ability to assume your mutation form without the use of mutagen 2/day. You gain +1 ab with simple weapons while in mutated form. You gain an additional 1/day use of the mutagen this way, and +1 ab for every five levels after fifth level while also losing the extracts and bombs for that level.

You may also now take the Duel Mind or Disguise mutagen.

In addition, choose another alignment other than your current alignment. Whenever you transform into your mutagenic form, you now are that alignment... and yada yada.. first level master chymist stuff...

While in your mutagenic form, you gain a +20 to disguise to prevent people using sense motive to guess who you really are.

Oh hey, you actually did it! Just two things: First Brutality and Unnatural Mutation should give bonus to natural weapons too. Second, now all those nifty advanced mutagen can be turned into normal mutagens, you should do that.

Here's a wild and crazy idea... what about a PrC that combines synthesist summoner and alchemist? Hey, I'm just throwing ideas at the wall here, see what sticks.

Yeah your right. Add in natural weapons to it too.
