Primal Magic Bloodline (Wild Mage Bloodline For Sorcerers)

Homebrew and House Rules

Just got done making this today. Took some ideas from different sources. Let me know what yall think/need to change/etc.

Primal Magic Bloodline

You may want to make it public.

sorry. changed it. its public now.

Might also want to rename it since Ultimate Magic already has a Primal bloodline.

they have a Primal bloodline, but this is named Primal Magic.

i had to name it that cause thats what Paizo is calling wild magic in the campaign setting. I wrote this cause this is something im going to be playing here in the next month and i wanting to get some feedback about this to make sure its balanced.

bumping for additional feedback.

heres the link for the finalized version.

Thoughts:

Taking this bloodline turns you into a perfectly shaped woman with huge breasts, and forces you to wear skimpy clothing. Interesting.

You may want alternative spells, since a player would need access to all those Rite Publishing spells, which would cost something like $20 if you don't have them already.

Can you even counter spells effectively at level 3? I thought Dispel Magic was level 3, so shouldn't a sorc get that around level 6?

At level 20, I don't think Innate Anarchy should affect your own spells. These abilities should be powerful, not a curse.

I haven't had the time to check out the surges yet.

Can you save it to a more open format like either .doc or PDF?

Or a really open format like ODT. Anyways...

The surges seem alright, and I would like to see more Kitten bonus types in the future.

This path is more for me to take for an upcoming character.

The bonus spells you get fit really well with the archetype. I understand that most people may not have the books, but nothing is stopping someone from filling in those spots with different spells, such as from the Protean bloodline.

As for counterspells, you can still counterspell with your spells so long as you either the correct spell (very unlikely) or a spell from the same school (with the Improved counterspell feat). It just didn't seem like a 9th level ability and the current 9th level ability fits the concept better and is too strong for a 3rd level power. Can it work? Yes, but not very often at lower levels. But at higher levels it will.

On Innate Anarchy, it works just like spell resistance. Unless you lower it, your spells you cast on you are subjected to it if they allow for SR. That's why its worded that way. Also, the 20th level bloodline powers are slightly less powerful than other classes capstones, since you get 9th level arcane spells.

I'm mostly posting this to make sure its balanced. And the pic was the only thing I could find that fit the concept the closest. I had another one, but it had so much magical fire in the picture it didn't make sense.

@LazerX
Ill convert it when I get home and post that one as well, but the picture and words won't be as clear. Not unreadable, but a little fuzzy. You have been warned. ;-)

heres the pdf version for those that want it.
