Are school specializations an archetype?

School specializations are not archetypes at all. We might some day create specialized archetypes for specific schools, but to date, all wizard archetypes can be taken by any type of wizard.

1) No, specializations is a class feature of the normal wizard class.

2) Yes, you can. The scrollmaster archetype does nok replace the specialization feature of the wizard.
