Quick question,

If you are facing multiple opponents with Stench that have the same target for the Stench DC do the PCs need to make a roll against each opponent or just once for them all? What if a few have different DCs?

As a GM, I would target for simplicity. One save against the highest DC and maybe raising the DC +2 per additional Stench.

Officially, target of the stench should probably make save every time creature with stench comes in to the range.
