I finally got my group to agree to try an adventure path, and it will be Carrion Crown! They passed on Council of Thieves and Serpent Skull and paused at Kingmaker, but passed there, too.
I understand that many people feel Carrion Crown ought to be played without maps and minis, etc. I, however, want to use them after so long playing Indie RPGs and one shots!
I intend to build some appropriate paper model locations and scenery from Worldworks Games, and I plan to paint up (or print as appropriate) some minis for the NPCs and enemies the characters will face.
What I would like are some suggestions to fit the characters. Anyone have any specific mini suggestions to fit the town NPCs and/ or enemies from Harrowstone, particularly from Reaper or Wyrd miniatures?
Also, any specific Paizo battlemaps, or paper models from other companies that might suit the town or prison?
And lastly, any recommendations for specific props or handouts that might enhance the adventure for my players?
We start the game in a couple of weeks, so obviously suggestions for the first adventure, The Haunting of Harrowstone, are ideal.
Thanks!

I Like handouts very much. Like in theold time when games actually cam ewith goodies (anyone remeber that?)
Anyway...
I used the advice form some other post on getting the maps out of the pdf's (without discription) and handed them out (Ravengo, Restlands) Printed the Will and the Proffessors notes. I also printed some pictures of old books (Google: book old and then select pictures) and they are the 4 books that the Prof has left. Last but nt least I printed out the 4 the Haunt Siphons (so they can use them).
Players likes that a lot.
I also printed out the Harrowstone Maps (without comments) and used a cuter on them... I will hand the parts out as they go along as lind of a mapping puzzle...lets see how that goes.
