Would a character with three or four arms be able to take the Multiweapon Fighting feat (if he's allowed to use Bestiary feats) and use it to make unarmed strikes with each of his arms?
This would seem as the best use of the feat to me since an Amulet of Mighty Fists is much cheaper than three or four magical weapons, especially if you also have additional natural attacks like tentacles or a bite attack. Add a monk's robe and such a character would deal 1d8 with each of his unarmed strikes. His critical hits would be rather unimpressive, but he'd probably also get sneak damage on top of it.
