I couldn't find the answer to this one:
How does Word Of Recall work for an Oracle?
Normally it is only Druid/Cleric and they choose where their `sanctuary` is when they prepare the spell, so how does it work for a spontaneous caster? Do you choose when you cast the spell? Or do you have to set it when you learn the spell (which would be silly)? Or do you choose when you regain your spell slots in the morning? Or what?
If you still choose beforehand, do you have to only choose one spot? And how familiar does it have to be to be "very familiar"?
Anyone have the answer to any of this?

That sounds the most similar to what a Cleric/Druid would do, so I'd go with that.
