Hi... Is there any way of knowing the date when this was shipped? I looked everywhere (as you might imagine, I had been eagerly awaiting this), but could not find any e-mail telling me it had been shipped.

We sent you an email yesterday indicating that your book is shipping. On your Order history page, the order currently says "Shipping" and by the end of the week will display the official ship date, as well.
