I am playing an abjuration specialist and really enjoying myself. I was hoping ultimate magic would have more spells and feats specific to abjuration. I guess I am posting looking for two things. The ultimate feel of the caster is that he is focused on defense and buffing allies.
1. Any suggestions anyone might have drawn from pathfinder core materials for building an abjuration specialist or for spells or feats that complement my theme please let me know.
2. Any outside sources from 3.5 or none paizo products is welcome as well. So particular texts or spells would be appreciated.
Initiate of the Seven Veils from Complete Arcane (3.5 Wizards of the Coast book) was the absolute "go-to" standard for Abjurers in 3.5
It rocks pretty hard.
Abjurant Champion from Complete Mage was very good, but was aimed at melee-casters.
Master Specialist from Complete Mage had some really nice stuff.
War Weaver from Heroes of Battle (3.5 WotC supplement like all of the above) was AWESOME, especially if you wanted to be a dedicated buffer. No other class buffs as well as a War Weaver. One of my all time faves, personally.
