Encumberance and rounding

How do I round encumberance? Lets say I have Str 10 and my limits are Light: 33 lbs. or less Medium 34–66 lbs .Heavy: 67–100 lbs. So if I have 66.7 lbs of equipment my enc. is Medium or Heavy?

I generally would go with the lowest encumbrance in that situation.
The higher penalties kick in when you get to the next full number.

The general rule is to round down. You are not encumbered until you reach 67 and you are not there yet.

Actually, I would say that the lower end of the number range given for medium and heavy loads is a formality. If your light load is 33, anything past that is medium load. If your max load is 100, you can't hold more than 100 as a heavy load.

Whatever the case, the absolutely important thing to remember is that your light load limit is 33, and your maximum heavy load limit is 100.

I would say that you're past your medium load limit. You're into heavy.
