Nope, PDFs only come with subscriptions - but you can set up a subs now with UM as the first book, which pretty much is the same as preordering it.

You only get the PDF for free if it is part of a subscription, otherwise would have to purchase it. Best bet would to change the order to a subscription.

As the other two have said, the free PDF only comes if the book is shipped to you as part of the ongoing RolePlaying Game Subscription. Our FAQ covers many questions about subscriptions, let us know if you have any others!
