Funny thing is we have 2.5 of these already by now.
Bloodragers are a full class with rage and bloodlines.
The Child of Acavna and Amaznen uses the same spell list on the fighter chassis with the same build ideology of the vigilante spellcasters who trade every other talent.
The Dandy Ranger doesn't have language which tells us that it casts arcane, but it uses the bard list.
Aw man, this last week has been Nostalgia Week on the Paizo boards it seems. :)

Folks looking for a full BAB class that casts arcane spells might check out the Battle Scion class!
Which happens to be in the revised and expanded New Paths Compendium: Expanded and Revised Hardcover Edition, the Kickstarter for which ends tomorrow :)

Also the bloodrager is a full BAB arcane caster.
Alright so here is as close that I can think of so wizard (transmutation), sorcerer (dragon blood), or arcanist (the sword one) Doesn't really work unless your around level 12-13. (yeah its not great) Before then just focus on self-buffs. You don't need as high of an intelligence if your not worried about the dc's of your saves just enough in to cast the spells. So you can put a little more into your physicals. get a wand buff yourself a lot and end it with Transformation. (at some point you want a quicken rod if not several.) when you need to cast a spell you'll have to drop transformation. If your goal is to play a caster that can do 9th level spells and attack like a fighter without prestige-ing.
Its not great but I don't even think a person that can cast 9th level spells should go into melee combat. You sure don't need Full BAB for spells.
This is the challenge for when the fighter says Oh yeah well bet you can't kill that with a sword. (still taking telekinesis and shoving the sword though enemies head is probably still better.)
