Leadership Subdomain

In the Leadership subdomain, the Inspiring Command power doesn't say how often it can be used. Should I assume it is the same as the ability it replaces (Wis+3), or once per day?

That is the way I would run it. Although it is not rules-as-written.

HeroLab gives it to you at Wis + 3 per day.

I just read this and am wondering the same thing. When I gm for PFS I'm going to have to run it as written unless an errata or FAQ is made. As a player I'd like to know how this is intended to run. It is really good, but it takes a long time before you can affect your entire group and until I do more research with comparing it to similar spells & abilities. It is probably supposed to be 3+wis/day though. Can we get an official ruling please?
