RAW they both discharge on the same touch.
Touch Spells and Holding the Charge: In most cases, if you don't discharge a touch spell on the round you cast it, you can hold the charge (postpone the discharge of the spell) indefinitely. You can make touch attacks round after round until the spell is discharged. If you cast another spell, the touch spell dissipates.I'd say that both would be discharged into the first target you hit if you had both of them in effect, but I wonder if this is even possible. Because Touch of Chaos is a spell-like ability, so would activating ToC also dissipate the Bestow Curse spell?

As long as you are not trying to double up on spells it should work. Another no-go is doubling of the same poison on a blade. <---RD asked about this and it was answered by a developer.
A supernatural ability is not a spell though so it can stack with them.
