The wording for this power says that it blinds creatures who don't make a fortitude save, but I couldn't find where it says what the DC is.

Not sure whether this has been explicitely ruled already, but a good bet would be to go with 10+1/2lvl+CasterCharacteristicBonus.
Save DCs for Supernatural abilities are typically 10 + 1/2 relevant level + Cha.

Blinding Flash (Su): As a standard action, you can emit a flash of light from your holy symbol or divine focus. The most powerful light emanates out 20 feet from you. Creatures with fewer Hit Dice than your cleric level within this area are blinded for 1d4 rounds unless they succeed at a Fortitude save. All creatures in this area are dazzled for a number of rounds equal to 1/2 your cleric level (minimum 1). You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.
They forgot to include which attribute modified it.
I would go off of wisdom since it also modifies uses per day until an official answer comes in.The formula is 10+1/2 HD+Wis Modifier.
Hit the FAQ button so they can fix it later. They might also come here and answer it.

I decided to check the book itself, which says at the beginning of the section on Subdomains (APG p.86):
If a subdomain ability calls for a saving throw, the DC of the save is equal to 10 + 1/2 the character’s cleric level + her Wisdom modifier.
So wraithstrike got it right :)

LoL, i just guessed that wisdom was the correct modifier. Thanks for the clarification.
