I just bought 'Souls for Smuggler's Shiv' today at my FLGS. I only made it to page 13 when my wife came and picked me up, but I can tell I'm going to have a lot of fun running this.

It is very fun, I highly recommend looking at the overland round houserule that Laurefindel came up with. It helps a lot with the large distances traveled in this adventure path, especially in 'Racing to Ruin'.
Also, I suggest you check out the serpent skull specific section of the board.
It is great. I'm running it right now and we're having a blast.
In terms of the overland round stuff, I've adopted Laurefindel's rules also but scaled them down to an hourly format since the daily format she uses would gloss over too much of the island. You can find links to the mapping and rules resources in my profile if you want to give them a try.
