Can Elementalist wizards still use standard spells, such as Enchantments and such, or are they restricted to selecting spells from their new school? I imagine that the new schools merely augment what existed for wizards already, but I didn't see anywhere that this was expressly stated one way or another.

They can use normal spells. As long as they dont involve the opposing element.
