Is there any way to use a sturdier packaging for the Carrion Crown books? My first volume came bent and twisted, including the spine, because of the "careful" handling of the postal worker. I don't know if an additional couple pieces of thing cardboard would help, or if a thicker or padded envelope may be the solution.
Any thoughts or viable solutions?
--Thanks in advance.

While we are always looking to find an even better way, the AP books are shipped as securely as we can ship them without raising shipping and handling fees and/or fulfillment time.
In my experience, a thrashed AP book in the white mailer envelope is generally one of two things: a one-time issue, or an endemic problem in the path your packages reach you, which will destroy EVERY package we send you. The former is by far the most common. Since this is the first package we've sent you, this means that the package we're sending you this week will most likely reach you safely.
Therefore, let me know the condition in which your Pathfinder #44 reaches you. When it (I predict) reaches you in acceptable condition, let me know and I will set you up with a replacement for your #43. If it arrives damages, please email pictures of the damage to me at customer.service@paizo.com (include a pointer back to this thread, too, please). We can then work out a sustainable solution for your subscription at that point.
Thanks,
cos

Cos:
Just an update: As you predicted, Pathfinder Adventure Path #44 came through without a scratch. Perhaps the damaged copy of #43 was a result of a substitute mail carrier? (Or perhaps the state of #44 was the substitute carrier, as I've had damaged items in the past.)
If you don't mind, I will keep you updated as the path continues.
Thank all involved for a great product....

OK, Cosmo--apparently the offender is back.
I came home to find #45 rolled up and stuck in my mailbox. Fortunately, I believe I got there soon after the mailman and there was little damage: an issue wide crease about an inch from the edge of each page, but at least no spinal damage as with #43.
For now, I suppose the best thing to do is to change the mailing address for all my subscriptions and shipments.
Is that something I can do or do I need to beg you for help? :D

Cos--Never mind; I found the "change shipping address button" myself.
