Is the Seugathi in the Bestiary 2 overpowered for its CR?

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

I think the Seugathi have a lot of powers and abilities that can make it incredibly dangerous. For instance:
*Fast healing 5
*DR 10/ Slashing or piercing
*Immune mind-affecting effects, poison
*SR 17
*Aura of Madness -> Can turn one or more characters to insanity.
*Confuision Command -> In addition to the Aura of madness, this ability is really powerful.
*Item Use -> Magic Wand with magi missiles.
*Poison -> It’s bite attack damages Wisdom and leaves the target deafened.
*It has 3 attacks per round with a nice AB for its CR.
*It can cast mind fog, which makes its other abilities incredibly dangerous.
*It can cast phantasmal killer -> Death effect.

I would say it is on the high end of a CR 6, but it is not overpowered. Overpowered to me is when something can qualify as something 2 CR's higher. Being 1 CR higher or lower is not that bad since CR is not an exact science.
