Order 1619001 was shipped to me in 2 packages and I haven´t received one of them (the one that contains Pathfinder Adventure Path #43: Haunting of Harrowstone (Carrion Crown 1 of 6) (PFRPG) Print Edition )
I received the other package like 2 weeks ago. Could you please investigate what happened?

The estimated timeframe for delivery of this order is up to 40 business days which will be on April 22nd. Usually the postal services are able to get it delivered within their estimated timeframe, but sometimes they do experience delays. In our experience, missing packages usually show up after a short delay, if it doesn't show up within a week or two after the estimated delivery date, definitely let us know. If it for some reason the post office sends it back to us, we will let you know right away. You may also want to check with your local customs or post office as they sometimes hold packages and forget to notify the recipient. Unfortunately, since this went by standard postal delivery, we do not have a tracking number for it.
