It would have been more fitting for 1. April, but... I forgot <.<
I still would love to play one though. ^^
A "Pun Wizard" can exchange, add or remove a single letter of a spell's name to give it a different effect. And instead of bonus metamagic feats he gains the ability to affect one additional letter for each feat he would have gotten.
At level 15 he is even able to change parts of a spell other than the name.
What would that mean then? Some examples:
Speak with Plants => Speak with Pants
Burning Hands => Turning Hands
Antiplant Shell => Antipant Shell
Bear's Endurance => Beer's Endurance
Cause Fear => Cause Pear
Symbol of Pain => Symbol of Maim
High level:
Range: Close => closet (meaning as long as the enemy is in a closet he can hit them with his spell)
Area: Cone => Scone
This surely would cause headaches for a GM as this is pretty much a chaos mage and you can never say what his spells will do. Most effects would be rather humorous, but some sound pretty awesome.

This reminds me of some filler strips Rich Berlew did for Order of the Stick a few years back.
Meteor Storm > Meatier Storm
Shield of Arrow Deflection > Shield of Sparrow Deflection
Bracers of Archery > Bracers of Lechery
Ioun Stone > Kidney Ioun Stone (rrraaagh! ooo! +1 to AC!)
Sphere of Annihilation > Beer of Annihilation
Umber Hulk > Lumber Hulk
Staff of Size Alteration > Staff of Pies Alteration
I know a bard of ambiguous sexual orientation who would love to learn the spell antipant shell.
