I've not tried to convert Iron Kingdoms to Pathfinder. I would be interested in a Gun Mage conversion. I'd also be interested if anybody has converted the IK Ranger, since for my setting I need rangers who don't cast spells.
If I don't find a conversion of the IK Ranger, I will probably have to do it myself, eventually.

There was a spell-less ranger in an issue of Kobold Quarterly, and one in the Advanced Player's Guide. As a matter of fact, the APG one is listed as the Skirmisher Archetype here.

I was just comparing the Pathfinder Bard and the Iron Kingdoms Gun Mage Spell list and unless you do a revamp to the bards spell list, and the bard is missing something the gun mage has OFFENSIVE DAMAGE dealing spells.
The bard spell list mostly consisted of Enchantment, Illusions, and a few Conjurations.
The Gun mage spell list has a heavily modified Sorcerer/Wizard List. I'm still going thru it to see how modified, but what I noticed in 0 thru 3rd level that most divination, some conjuration, and some necromancy spells where missing, but otherwise spell for spell same.
I also believe that on its own with either a modified bloodline system from sorcerer or some kind of gunslinger add-in would work for this class. Not taking the bard and modifying its abilities to fit this as a archetype.

I haven't tried IK in PF rules, but I think that it would handle a lot of the d20 problems a lot better. (After playing Warmachine, a lot of the IK characters seemed too mechanicky and underpowered...and a lot of the prestige classes were skewed.)
I did have a GM who converted IK and Warmachine to WHFRP and that seemed to work well...
