I have entered a new address and deleted my old address yet your website stubbornly refuses to use my new address on this order which has already been shipped to the incorrect address and I am unable to place new orders to my new address. It will not use the new address. RIDICULOUS!!!! This makes no sense what so ever. I will never receive the product from the address you shipped this to so now i'm out of luck. I love your products, but I am sick of the way you do business. This doesn't even make any sense. I think I should decide what address to send my own order to, not you. Thanks for cheating me!!!

Here's what the order email says the address to ship to is:

Here's what the shipping email says. WHY???? This makes no sense what so ever. Why would you do this?????

It is Sunday. No one is there to reply to you or look into your issue. You are dealing with an automated order system. If you make an order with an address in place it sends you a confirmation with that address. No one is trying to cheat you. What possible advantage would they get out of sending your package to the wrong address?
Calm down. On Monday someone will definitely sort this out for you.

As I recall, when it has more than one address for you, it'll use the default unless you select the new one and then click to specifically confirm that that's the address you want.
Once again, I deleted the addresses where I no longer live. Why do you feel the need to post to something that does not concern you in any way?

Because this is an online community where people try to help each other out.
Not call each other names.
With so much anger it makes me suspect the whole story isn't be told on what exactly happened.
At any rate calm down Pazio has a history of treating their customers right. Unless it was totally a customers fault. Even then it seems from the forums they will work with you.
An example is a person had his bag stolen and they helped him out. Not sure to what extent but the gentleman posted a thanks Pazio so it tells me he was happy with the ending.

When you post on a public forum you'll have people read it so YOU made it everyones business. If you didn't want that there are other ways to contact them.
Unless you just wanted to let everyone see your "problem" and complaining. Yet once again thats not how a "forum" works.

Bag stolen? What are you talking about? You make no sense. I posted here because they respond quicker to my issues here than via email because everyone can see them. At some point there was a human being in their organization who decided to send my package UPS instead of USPS, so they went back, got an old address that was no longer good and sent the package there (because UPS doesn't ship to PO Boxes). I have every right to be angry about this. This is the second time I've told them that address is no longer where I live. They shouldn't assume that they know better than their customers about were the customer wants a package delivered to. It was poor service. And I'm the one out the money with nothing to show for it because they were too lazy to contact me before they made changes to my order.

Hmmmmm.
I think the truth just came out. Some body picked UPS shipping when they made an order and that is where the misplaced anger is coming from.

After looking at our logs for this, our technical team did find a bug in the shipping system that affected your shipping address/shipping method, automatically sending it via UPS to the incorrect address. This is not normal behavior for our shipping system and we apologize for the inconvenience it has caused.
I would be happy to send a replacement of #43 to the correct address (we will of course cover the postage for reshipment), however, if you would rather have a refund, we can do that instead. Please let me know if you would prefer the replacement or refund.
As per your request, your subscription has been cancelled and you should be receiving an email confirmation within the next few minutes.

It is wonderful! My first suggestion would be not to use names of fictional creations as if they were real. Nothing says "I live in my Mom's basement" like that.
