I can't seem to find any one who knows how fleshcrafting poisons work.

How do you figure the minimum caster level? What abilities can you actually create? How do you determine the penalty? These seem really cool, but I have no idea how to create them. The creation rules seem simple at a glance, but look closer and the get pretty confusing, at least to me.
