I just realized that the system defaulted to my old address instead of my current address when the item was shipped. I had selected my new address when I setup the order, but due to preorder the system must have decided to use my old address. How do I go about getting it reshipped to my new address?

If you've left a forwarding address with the post office, it can take up to two weeks to get redirected from your old address to your new one. If you have not received your package by mid-April, please let us know.

If you did not leave a forwarding address, let us know that as well!

Unfortunately, I have not lived at that residence in 6 years. Sorry for any troubles.

In that cases, it will most likely be returned to us and we will let you know as soon as it arrives. Like mail forwarding, returned packages can take a few weeks to be processed so if you haven't heard from us by mid-April, let us know.

It is now May and I was wondering if there had been any sight of my errant book back at Paizo HQ. If you could please provide a status update I would be much appreciative.
