State by state location breakdown of 3PPs

Product Discussion

It occurred to me that people working on 3P material that are looking for an established publisher to work with might like to work with someone more locally than just email/phone correspondence, so instead of me going around checking various websites for 3PP locations i figured id start a thread here so they can individually post their cities, states and contact info if they so choose so we can have a sort of index.

I'll edit this post to keep up

One half of Purple Duck Games is based out of Markinch, Saskatchewan, Canada and the other half is in Washington, DC. If someone wanted to work with Purple Duck Games email would be the best method publisher@purpleduckgames.com to contact and collaborate.

Thanks. Bloody hosting service. They have weird, intermittant problems...I submit reports and they always say "Oh, it's working fine". I think they fix something quietly and pretend nothing was broken. :)

Works now, so my guess is something was wrong, since I seen the error message it was giving.

You can only edit a post for a short period of time. I am not sure how long, never timed it. But if I had to guess something in the 10-30 min range.

As the News Minion, I'll chime in and say that Open Design/Kobold Quarterly is based out of Seattle, Washington (at least, that's where the magazines keep coming from) with tunnels extending all over-- even too deep. But that's kept sekrit.

You can reach them here.

The layout for Frog God Games is done in Lakeland, FL.
The "CEO"-ing is done not far from the physical location of Paizo.
I've just now realized that I have no clue where Greg A. Vaughan lives.

From what I've read in the "Voices in my Head" series he's done on KQ, that's how he likes it. That way you'll never know when to expect him in the bushes with a blunt and edged instrument.

I know this only because Pett's spies have been keeping tabs on him and I managed to capture and interrogate one of them.

Laughing Fiend Productions is in Raleigh, NC.

But it really exists only on paper for tax purposes. I haven't actually produced anything under that name on my own (yet?), and the website isn't yet up either *mutters about freelancers of another sort entirely*

My Hermitage stuff comes from Columbus Ohio.

I'm kind of the opposite of Todd. I sporatically put stuff up on Google Docs with my logo, but don't have a company.

(Of course, I don't think my stuff's really worth paying for...)

Scarab Sages Silver Crescent Publishing

Silver Crescent Publishing is based in Evansville, IN.

Thus far I've produced the Realms of Twilight Campaign Setting in both PDF and print format, and I'm near completion on my Lycan's Bane adventure (both PDF and print). More adventures in the works, and I'm always looking for quality writers and artists, though like Kobold Quarterly, my moto is "I'm broke at all times." so it limits my commissions a bit.

The current website is HERE. I'm going through a site revamp right now to make it a bit more interactive, but this one will still be available the whole time.

We even have a Blog and a Facebook Page for fans and those who are a bit curious about the company.

Lone Wolf Development

If your definition of 3PP extends beyond content development and into software, then Lone Wolf Development qualifies. If not, please disregard. :-)

Our office is in Silicon Valley - big surprise for software, eh? We all telecommute from home most of the time. However, we don't telecommute all that far, since we're all somewhere in California and most of us are in Silicon Valley.

Proper contact info will be found here.
