I know there are stats for him somewhere - are there any accompanying stats for his horse? Are there any pictures of his horse anywhere.

They have his horse (including a rather generic picture) in the same PDFs as he and the other APG pre-gens.
They're not well-built, mind you (starting with being 15 pt buy for PFS...when the origal Iconics are 20), but they are there.
